Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the DigiPush service.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DigiPush (“the Service”), a multi-tenant web push notification platform that is a product of DigiRocket (legal name: Ronak Giri).

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you register applications and websites, verify domains, collect push notification subscribers, manage segments, send and schedule push notifications, track delivery and clicks, manage API keys, and integrate with your site through an SDK or the WordPress plugin.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

4. Workspace & Tenant Responsibility

Your account contains one or more workspaces (tenants). You are responsible for all activity within your workspaces, including the actions of any users you invite or grant access to, and for ensuring that such use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Using the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful notifications.
  • Attempting to access another customer’s applications, domains, subscribers, campaigns, API keys or data.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or circumventing any part of the Service, its security controls or rate limits.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Using the Service in violation of applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6. User Content & Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and the data you collect through the Service, including subscriber data, notification content and campaign content. You must have all necessary rights and consents to collect, store and process that data, and you remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection and marketing laws.

7. Push Notification Responsibility

You are responsible for the notifications you send and for obtaining proper consent from your subscribers. You agree not to send unsolicited or misleading notifications. DigiPush may restrict or refuse delivery of notifications that appear to be abusive, unsolicited or unlawful.

8. API, SDK & WordPress Plugin

Use of our public API, browser SDK and WordPress plugin is subject to these Terms and to any applicable rate limits. You must use API keys responsibly, keep secret keys secret (they must never be exposed in frontend code), and not abuse the API.

9. Domain Verification

To connect a domain you must prove you control it using the verification methods we provide (such as DNS records, an HTML file or a meta tag). You agree to only verify domains you control. We may re-check or revoke verification if it is no longer valid.

10. Subscriptions & Pricing

The Service offers Free and paid plans (currently Pro and Business). Pricing, subscriber limits, notification limits and feature limits are displayed on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Changes to pricing will not affect an active paid period already paid for.

11. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected, through our payment provider (currently Razorpay). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, unless a different arrangement is stated.

You authorise us (through the payment provider) to charge the payment method you select. Failed payments may result in restricted access until the charge succeeds or your subscription is otherwise resolved.

12. Upgrades & Downgrades

Plan changes (upgrades, downgrades or interval switches) generally take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the benefits of the plan you already paid for until that period ends, and we take care to avoid double-charging you for the same period.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Unless otherwise arranged, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the paid features you have already paid for until then. After cancellation, your account continues on the Free plan (subject to its limits) unless you close your account entirely.

14. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details, including how to request a refund.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen events. We are not liable for any downtime or loss caused by such interruptions.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your use threatens the security or availability of the Service, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete or disable your workspace data in line with our retention practices.

17. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding (including DigiPush and DigiRocket) and documentation, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own content and data.

18. Third-Party Services & Payment Providers

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including our payment provider (currently Razorpay). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we verify critical data (such as payment webhooks) received from them.

19. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the results of using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiPush and DigiRocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

21. Changes to the Service

We may modify, add or remove features, or change limits and functionality, from time to time. Where a change materially affects an active paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DigiRocket is established.

[Governing jurisdiction to be configured once DigiRocket’s legal entity and registered address are finalised.]

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, where applicable.
